Job Title: Services Operations Manager

Salary: £ 39000.00 -£ 42000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Use previous logistics and overseas operations experience to streamline booking, scheduling and logistics processes for shoots and live events.
- Implement standard operations procedures for repeatable services (e.g. live event packages, corporate video packages).
- Plan and coordinate resources (crew, equipment, studio/locations) to deliver projects on time and to agreed service standards.
- Translate client briefings into operations plans and ensure expectations on timelines, budget and deliverables are met.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance and support training on internal processes and client service standards.
- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure suppliers meet quality, cost and timing requirements.
- Support the directors in developing Sky Sats South-Indian and international client base by identifying repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
